あなたは、差別やハラスメント、いじめなどを容認してはいけません。無意識のバイアスや飲酒も、これらの行為を正当化する理由にはなりません。自分の行動に責任を持ち、周囲にも適切な行動を促すよう努めてください。不適切な行為を目撃した場合は、状況を改善するために必要な行動を取りましょう。また、声を上げた人に対して報復することは一切許されません。

You are responsible for your behavior and will encourage appropriate conduct around me. If you witness inappropriate behavior, you will do my best to try to help improve the situation. You will not retaliate against anyone who reports or speaks up about inappropriate behavior, discrimination, or harassment.
